Harmonious campus is an important part of building a harmonious socialist society,a systematic project worth college’s attention.Facing the new requirements of building a harmonious campus,college student workers must equip themselves with basic qualities,such as lofty professional ideal,reasonable knowledge structure and the basic scientific concept,to achieve the role transformation from authority indoctrination to dialogue-based guide,from the restrictive mysterious person to open communicator,from the passive high consumption to active efficient roles.
