高职生学习中的认知取向及教育策略

摘要 目前,高职生在学习的认知取向中普遍存在着误区,表现为:重道理,轻真理;重参与,轻探索;重技能,轻素养等三个方面。由于学习中的误区,高职生的学习积极性不高,学习效果也不十分理想,因此,改变他们现有的学习的认知取向是当务之急。教师要积极引导高职生转变自己的观念,在教育策略上应当做到:上课固然要讲述道理,但更要传授真理;固然要引导学生,但更要启迪学生;专业固然要重视技能,但更要重视素养。引导学生应当充分利用他们入学、上课和评优等三个最佳时机。 At present,there exist three common misunderstandings in students' learning in vocational colleges.First,students always value reasons but belittle truths;second,they pay more attention to involvement than exploration;third,they focus on skills instead of their own qualities.Owing to that,students are not fully motivated and can not achieve good learning results.So it’s urgent for teachers to change their learning orientation.Teachers should actively take countermeasures to the three abovementioned problems,guiding them to make full use of three excellent occasions of enrollment,classroom teaching and behavior assessment.
