急性冠脉综合征患者血糖升高的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 近年来，随着对冠心病研究的不断深入，急性冠脉综合症（ACS）患者血糖升高的现象逐渐引起人们的重视。在一些患者中，血糖的升高仅仅反映了患者预先存在，但未诊断是2型糖尿病或是糖耐量异常．这就意味着此类患者存在着潜在的胰岛素抵抗或胰岛β细胞功能不全，从而通过其他机制产生不良预后。最近，关于ACS时出现的高血糖和不良预后之间的相关性屡见报道。本研究综合近年相关研究结果，对于ACS伴发急性高血糖的发病率、原因、对心血管系统的不良影响以及干预措施和效果进行相关综述。
