具有底水油藏高含水油井封堵技术探讨

WATER PLUGGING TECHNOLOGY OF HIGH WATER CUT WELLS WITH BASAL WATER

针对新疆油田各区块油井底水上窜使油井含水上升的问题,进行了分析研究,认为:有相当大部分油井既存在管外窜,同时又存在地层窜。在室内研究的基础上,成功的将具有地层封堵性好的KZ高强度封堵剂与新型油水井堵漏封窜剂XP-1(该剂在管外窜槽中能够快速形成网架结构,驻留性强)结合,通过合理的工艺应用于现场,取得了良好的效果,提高了高含水油井封窜的成功率。

In the light of the problems of basal water rising,which increases the water content of wells in many blocks of Xinjiang Oil-field,we analyse that,there exists considerable majority wells,which not only have channeling in casing annulus,but also layer cross flow.On the basis of indoor study,we succeed in combining strata KZ blocking agent with a new high strength well plugging channel blocking agent named XP-1 (the agent can slot of casing hole annulus,and form the net-structure quickly,and also it's hard to wash away),and through a reasonable process applied on the spot,good results are obtained,so the high-water wells sealing rate is improved.
