基于多层次本体集成的服务系统建模

摘要 服务系统建模是服务科学的研究重点之一,在业务领域进行组件化设计,并与信息系统保持动态一致性,需要解决组件的适应性、多粒度和社会因素建模等问题.本文分析对比了传统企业建模、服务建模和本体在建模领域的应用,将本体引入服务系统的建模之中.在分析服务系统、技术系统、组织管理和服务的基础上,重点研究了本体建模中的层次性设计,提出了以技术链为基础,以服务为导向,基于多层次本体集成的服务系统建模方法论,并分析了相关的技术方法. Service system modeling is one of the key research topics.Adaptability of components,muti-granularity and the modeling of social factors are the obstacles of componentization in business and being adaptable with those in information system.After analyzing the traditional enterprise modeling,service modeling and the ontology application in modeling field,this paper focuses on service modeling based on ontology.The hierarchy design of ontology modeling is based on the analysis of the technology,organization and service relationship in service system.This paper presents a methodology of Service System Modeling based on integration of hierarchical ontologies.
