摘要
以南瓜为原料,CMC、可溶性淀粉和明胶作为胶粘剂制成蔬菜纸,采用单因素试验和响应面试验对南瓜蔬菜纸的胶粘剂配方进行了探讨与优化。结果表明南瓜蔬菜纸胶粘剂的最佳配方为:0.42%CMC、2.70%淀粉和0.19%明胶。
The available food adhesives for pumpkin paper were studied by single factor tests and response surface methodology in this paper.Results showed that the best formula for pumpkin paper adhesives were:0.42%CMC,2.70% starch and 0.19% gelatin.
