摘要 建立了高效液相色谱法快速测定口香糖中维生素C含量的方法。样品用0.15%草酸溶液在高温高压提取,采用高效液相色谱法,以0.15%草酸溶液作为流动相,经AQ-C18色谱柱分离,采用二极管阵列检测器,在246nm波长下测定维生素C的峰面积,并与标准系列比较,以保留时间和特性紫外光谱图定性,峰面积定量。本方法的线性范围2~100μg/mL,检出限为2μg/g,样品加标回收率在95.4~103.6%,相对标准偏差为1.2%。本方法操作简单、灵敏度高、准确、快速,适用于口香糖中维生素C的测定。 A rapid method for the determination of vitamin C in gum was developed by high performance liquid chromatography.Vitamin C in samples was extracted by 0.15% oxalic acid solvent at high temperature and pressure and then chromatographically separated on a C18 column using 0.15% oxalic acid aqueous solution as mobile phase and a diode-array detector at 246 nm.The linear range of the proposed method was 2~100 μg/mL.The detection limit of vitamin C was 2 μg/g.The recoveries of the samples were 95.4~103.6% with the relative standard deviation of 1.2%.The method was simple,sensitive and accurate,which can be applied to the rapid determination of vitamin C in gum.
