摘要
天然气处理装置是集气站的主要操作和重大危险单元。运用美国道化学公司的F&EI法可以对天然气处理装置及所含物料的实际潜在火灾、爆炸和反应危险性进行按步推算的定量评价。采用该方法对长庆油气田集气站的天然气处理装置进行安全评价,通过对物质系数、火灾与爆炸指数、安全措施补偿系数等各项系数的量化分析,推算得出评价结果,并依据评价结果提出了应增加安全措施、日常生产中应加强安全管理、集气站应采用远程集中控制以降低人员在站内暴露风险等对策。
In a gas-gathering station,natural gas processinge quipments are the key operating units but with major hazard.Thep otential fire,explosion and reaction hazards of both processingu nits and its containing materials can quantitatively evaluated byD ow's F&EI method.In this study,the safety evaluation is conducted for the units in gas-gathering stations of Changqing gasfield.T he evaluation results are obtained through quantitative analysiso f MF,F&EI,and safety measure compensating coefficient.In accordance with the evaluation result,the following countermeasuresa re presented:(1)increasing safety measures;(2)strengthenings afety management in daily production;(3)adopting a remote andc entralized control system to reduce the personnel's exposure toh azards.
