摘要
台湾的公共关系发展自1953年起始,在近60年的发展过程中受到来自政治、经济、文化等各方面的压力和影响,呈现出独有的风貌。根据前人研究并结合资料考证,本文简要分为三个阶段:1953-1988年,政界、学界、业界的启蒙时期;1989—90年代中期,“报禁”“戒严”后的快速发展时期;90年代中期后,进一步开放的调整期。通过搜集梳理校对史实,尽可能全面真实地展现台湾公共关系发展至今的重要事件,以求完善对台湾公共关系发展史的研究。
Since the beginning of 1953, Taiwan' s public relations bear the pressure and influence from politics, economy and culture in the development of nearly 60 years, showing a unique style. According to previous research, combined with textual research, this paper briefly divide it into three stages: 1953-1988, the period of enlightenment by political, educational and industry circles;1989 to mid-90s, the period of rapid growth after the "press ban" and "martial law" ; after the mid-90s, the adjustment period of further opening. Through collecting, combing and proofreading the historical facts, we want to show the important events of the development of Taiwan' s public relations as comprehensively and authentically as possible in order to improve the research of the development history ofTaiwan' s public relations.
