广告教育离广告公司有多远

摘要 以某名牌高校与某普通高校广告学专业毕业生近几年的就业去向为样本,发现越是名牌的院校毕业生越少有学生进入广告公司,同时名牌院校的毕业生进入广告公司的人数与比例呈逐年下降的趋势,而普通院校的学生则是保持相对均衡状态但也只有50%左右。同时对该普通院校2007届毕业生进行深度访谈,发现选择去广告公司工作的学生越来越少。同时广告公司对很多广告系毕业生也不是很认可。针对这一现象从学生以及广告公司两方面进行了深度的原因探析:80后学生本身的特征、广告教育的不足、广告行业整体环境、广告人生存环境等方面。 The selection of a suitable sample for this research is the employment of advertising students from both famous university and general university, and found that the more famous the school is,the few college graduates come into the advertising company, and the number and proprtion of the famous school graduates enter ad company is shown a declining trend, while ordinary colleges students is.to maintain a relatively balanced state, but only 50%. Also depth interviews are given to 2007 graduates of the ordinary institutions, and it's found that fewer and fewer students in the advertising company. At the same time,advertising agency is not very accepted about many graduates whose maijoy is advertise.The cause is seeking from both students and the advertising company: the generation after 80s has their own characteristics, the insufficiency of advertising education, overall advertising environment, the living environment of the ad men and so on.
