浅谈独立学院实践教学体系的构建

独立学院的人才培养目标是培养高素质应用型人才,而实践教学是实现独立学院人才培养目标的重要教学环节。当前独立学院实践教学中存在着教学理念和培养方案脱离实际,实践教学人力、物力和财力的投入不足,实践教学体制和方式存在不足等问题,应转变教学理念,制定合理的培养方案;依托申办学校,充分共享教学资源;加强师资培养,构建高水平的教学队伍;针对独立学院学生特点,改革实践教学方式;开展校企合作,拓宽实践教学平台。

The independent institute＇s personnel training target is cultivating the high-quality application oriented talents. Practical teaching is a very important aspect. However,the current independent institute＇s practical teaching has many problems. For example,the independent institute＇s teaching philosophy and training plans is divorced from reality. the investment of manpower,material and financial resources are insufficient,the practical teaching system and methods are deficient,etc. To solve the problems,the independent institute should change the teaching philosophy and formulate a reasonable training plan; rely on the bidding institute to share teaching resources,strengthen the teachers training to construct high-level teaching groups,reform the practical teaching methods based on characteristic of students and through the business-institute cooperation to broaden practical teaching platform.
