独立学院金融专业人才培养模式的研究

目前,我国金融业迫切需要与国际金融接轨的金融人才,然而独立学院金融专业人才培养中存在师资队伍规模和素质有待提高,金融人才培养与社会需求脱节,人才培养层次模糊且评价方式单一等问题。加强师资队伍建设,提高教学与科研水平,加强实践教学环节,注重金融学与其它相关学科的交叉融合,形成独立学院金融人才培养的特有优势,才能提高我国金融人才数量和质量,满足社会需求。

At present,China＇s financial industry is in desperate need for convergence with international financial professionals,but an independent professional culture of finance staff members and the quality of existing teachers need to be improved,the gap between financial personnel training and in society demand is very deep,level of personnel training issues is not clear and evaluation is simple.We should raise the level of teaching and research,and strengthen practice teaching,emphasis on finance and other related disciplines cross-fusion,the formation of the independent institute of the unique advantages of financial personnel training in order to improve the quantity and quality of our financial professionals to meet the needs of society.
