摘要
本文制备了一种新型有机金属配合物[(CH3)3C16H33N][Ni(dmit)2](简称为CTNI)的聚合物薄膜,研究了膜的显微结构和光学性质。结果表明,成膜温度80℃,CTNI掺杂浓度5%,可以制得表面平整、颗粒分散均匀、颗粒大小150nm左右的纳米复合薄膜。吸收光谱显示,所制备的复合薄膜在近红外有强而宽的吸收峰。
The nano-composite polymer CTNI/PMMA thin films are prepared by casting method and their microstructure and optical properties are measured using SEM and UV-Vis-NIR spectrum technique,respectively.The results show that the nano-composite thin film with smooth surface and the average particle size of 150 nm can be obtained for 5wt% CTNI in the thin films and processing temperature at 80 ℃.The as-prepared thin films exhibit broad and strong Absorption peak in near-IR region.
