沉淀剂对制备Ni-Mn-O系NTC热敏陶瓷的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用共沉淀法制备Ni-Mn-O系负温度系数(negative temperature coefficient,NTC)陶瓷粉体,考察三种沉淀剂(NaOH、Na2CO3、H2C2O4)对沉淀前驱体和烧结体的影响。分别采用TEM、XRD、TGA和SEM对沉淀前驱体和烧结体进行表征,并测量烧结体的电学性能。结果表明,草酸是最优的沉淀剂,所制得前驱体的粒度分布均匀,结晶完善,烧结体致密,电学性能一致。 Ni-Mn-O negative temperature coefficient(NTC)ceramics powders were prepared by co-precipitation,with special investigation on the effect of three precipitants(NaOH、Na2CO3、H2C2O4)on properties of powders and sintered ceramics.The precipitation powders and sintered ceramics were characterized using TEM,XRD,TGA,SEM and electrical measurement.It was showed that oxalate acid was the best precipitant in the preparation of Ni-Mn-O NTC ceramic,precipitation powders with an uniformity morphology and well crystallization,also sintered ceramics with densified microstructure and homogeneous electrical property.
