短纤维增强铝基复合材料预制件制备工艺的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用湿法制备体积分数为10%的多晶氧化铝短纤维预制件。利用正交实验法对预制件制备工艺进行设计和筛选,并用最佳烘干和烧结升温制度得到制备预制件的最佳工艺参数:原料配比A为9∶1,原料配比B为1∶10,烧结温度1050℃,保温时间2.5h。通过扫描电镜观察其内部纤维分布情况,预制件内部纤维、孔隙分布均匀。 The preform of polycrystal alumina short fiber was obtained by wet method and short fiber's volume fraction is 10%.The process parameters of short fiber preform was designed and filtrated through orthogonalization,the optimum technology parameters of preparing the preform was obtained:material ratio(A)9∶1,material ratio(B)1∶10,sintering temperature 1050 ℃,soaking time 2.5 h.And the microstructure of short fiber preform was observed by SEM,the observation shows that the fiber and void distributed uniformly.
