摘要
以灰色和红色两种三叠系页岩为原料,用正交试验法确定烧成瓦坯体配方和烧成制度,借助XRD与SEM技术测试坯体的矿物组成和微观结构。结果表明:红色与灰色页岩的最佳配比为1∶1,最佳烧成温度为1050℃,烧成周期2h。在此工艺条件下制备的西式瓦坯各项性能指标符合技术要求。用灰色页岩和红色页岩制备烧成瓦坯,晶相以石英为主,含少量的莫来石相,并含有一定的玻璃相。
Body samples of western-style tile were prepared with raw material of gray and red miscellaneous triassic shales and the optimum formula and firing system were obtained by the orthogonal experiment.Phases and micro-structure of body samples were tested by XRD and SEM.The results show that the burden ratio of raw materials is m(gray)∶m(red)=1∶1,the best firing temperature is determined of 1050 ℃ and firing cycle is 2 h.Under the process conditions,qualified body samples can be produced.The main crystal phases of the fired tile with gray and red miscellaneous triassic shales are quartz and mullite,there is glass phase in the struture.
