摘要
提出了一种基于USB单片机CY7C68013、可编程逻辑器件FPGA和高精度D/A转换器DAC715的可程控多路信号源的原理方案和实现方法。本设计将USB技术和FPGA技术进行有机的结合,充分发挥了各自的优点。信号源可输出正弦波、矩形波、三角波和直流量四种信号,且输出信号频率、幅值和偏置灵活可调,成功应用于某装置电性能的检测。
A method of programmable multi-signal generator was presented ,which mainly consists of USB microcontroller CY7C68013,FPGA and high accuracy D/A converter DAC715.In this design,USB and FPGA technology were combined effectively and made the best use of their merits.The signal generator can output sine wave,square wave,triangular wave and DC signals,with their frequency,magnitude and bias being flexibly adjustable.The electric capability of some device was successfully tested using the signal generator.
