摘要
采用数理统计方法,对天津振兴水泥有限公司2×2000t/d熟料生产线进行了窑系统故障停车的统计与分析,以掌握这二条线的主要故障类别、主要故障设备和主要故障工艺原因。在此基础上,提出了提高这二条生产线回转窑运转率的技术措施。包括:加强篦冷机的维护及窑瓦的维护和调整,以及设法减少预热器系统的堵料,等等。采取这些措施后,该公司二条线的窑系统运转率得以逐步提高。
To grasp the main failure type, failure equipment and failure reason, kiln system malfunctions of 2×2 000 t/d clinker production line of Tianjing Zhenxing Cement Co.,Ltd. were analysed by mathematical statistics method. On that basis, technical measures to improving operarion raion were put forward, including strengthening the maintenance of grate cooler and axle bush, doing the best to prevent blocking in preheating system, and etc. By these measures the two production lines" running ratio increased gradually.
