2 500 t/d production line of Taichang Cement Company was equiped homemade ZJTL3840 raw material vertical mill which resembled the structure of German LOESCHE mill. The commissioning of ZJTL3840 raw material vertical mill in conditions of no heat- er, simple heater and normal heater were introduced as well as the malfunction alaysis and relevant countermeasures. Finally, the design character and the relevant problems of the raw material vertical mill were summarized briefly.
