摘要
在水泥工业综合利用工业废渣过程中,大流量粉状物料(如粉煤灰、干电石渣粉等)的计量与控制一直是个难题;原单纯采用绞刀秤、流量计、失重秤或皮带秤等传统的计量手段,普遍存在计量不准、给料不稳和冲料、跑料问题。文章对目前应用广泛且计量控制较好的三种组合式计量控制系统(即:采用叶轮给料机、螺旋输送给料机或一体化流量阀和转子秤的组合系统,采用叶轮给料机、一体化流量阀和密封皮带秤的组合系统,采用叶轮给料机、一体化流量阀和柯氏流量计的组合系统)的配置、计量控制方式、性能特点以及相关的应用企业,进行了详细的介绍和分析归纳。
It is always a problem that measure and control large-flow powder material as fly ash and caleium carbide sludge in compre- hensive waste utilization of cement industry. The traditional measuring methods screw conveyor, flowmeter, weight-lost weigher and belt scale, usually have problems as inaccurate measuring, instable feeding and leak. The configuration, measuring control mode, performance and the related applying company of the three kinds of popular and well controlling combined measuring control system(as composite system of impeller feeder, screw conveyor, integrative flow valve and rotameter, composite system of impeller feeder, integrative flow valve and sealed belt weigher, and composite system of impeller feeder, integrative flow valve and Coriolis Mass Flowmeter )were introduced and analysed in detail.
