足球状封闭壳体无模液压胀球过程的数值模拟及实验研究 被引量:1

Experimental research and numerical simulation of soccer shape shell dieless hydro-bulging

摘要 描述了对经"削角处理"的足球状封闭壳体进行无模液压胀球的实验过程,测量了在内压增大过程中壳体各典型部位的应变数值,得出了厚度变化规律。使用非线性商用有限元软件ADINA对成形过程进行了数值模拟,厚度变化趋势与实测数据一致。结果表明,六边形先变形并且变形量大,五边形后变形并且变形量小。此外,还讨论了胀形前壳体的结构对胀形后球壳的圆度影响。 The dieless hydro-bulging process of soccer shape shell with "corner-cutting treatment" was described.The strains on the surface of soccer shape shell were measured versus the pressure increasing and the thickness distribution was given.The nonlinear commercial simulation software ADINA was used to simulate the forming process.Results of experiment and numerical simulation have a good agreement.Meanwhile,the results show that the deformation of hexagonal blank,constituting the soccer shape shell with pentagonal blank,is larger and earlier than that of pentagonal blank.And also,the effect of soccer shape shell structure design on the final shape quality of formed sphere was discussed.
