摘要
为了解立辊轧机轧制过程扭振特性,建立了扭振数学模型,借助MATLAB工具对模型参数求解并对轧制过程进行仿真,得到了系统的分岔图、相图和Poincare图。由仿真结果可知,系统随着角频率由小变大,轧制过程出现了不稳定、拟周期、周期性的振动规律,分析得出,系统在低频下运行时发生共振,轧制过程不稳定,实际工作中应合理制定轧制规程来避免共振。
In order to know the character of twist vibration for vertical rolling mill processing,the model of twist vibration was established.The model parameter computation and the simulation of rolling process were carried out by MATLAB.The bifurcation diagram,the phase diagrams and the poincare diagrams were obtained.The simulation results show that the vibration rule of instability,quasi-periodicity,periodicity were found in the course of the angular frequency from low to high.The resonance vibration occurs when the system is in the low frequency and the rolling process is instable,a rational rolling process rule shall be designed to avoid resonance vibration in practice.
