摘要
采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定工业硅中的铁,通过加入硝酸、硫酸和氢氟酸溶解试样除硅,加热冒硫酸烟除氟化氢,然后用原子吸收分光光度计测定试液中铁的含量。在最佳实验条件下,该法测定铁的线性范围为0~10.0 mg/L,回收率为98.0%~101.3%,相对标准偏差为2.98%,检出限为0.019 4 mg/L。本方法准确、检出限低,适用于工业硅中铁的快速分析。
A new method for the determination of Fe in the industrial silicon named flame atomic Absorption spectrometry(FAAS) was studied.The industrial silicon samples were dissolved by nitric acid,sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid.The silicon in samples was changed to silicon fluoride and removed.The residual HF was removed by the test solution heated to smoking.Then the content of Fe in the test solution was determinated by flame atomic Absorption spectrophotometer.Under the optimum determination conditions,the linear range of iron is 0~10.0 mg/L,the recovery is 98.0%~101.3%,the relative standard deviation is 2.98%,and the detection limit is 0.019 4 mg/L.This method has high accuracy and low detection limit,and is suitable for the rapid determination of Fe in the industrial silicon.
