从文献角度探讨湖湘名医陈德懋注解《伤寒论》的学术特色。其主错简重订之说,与成无己之"三纲鼎立"又有不同,认为"风寒原一气,营卫分深浅",有其独到之处。并据营卫深浅,阐制方之理,阐发丰富了祖国医学方论的内容,而且具有丰富的临床基础,值得后世认真研读。

From the literature perspective to discuss the academic features of Hunan famous doctor CHEN De-mao Notes Shanghanlun.He advocated to correct the wrong binding but different from CHENG Wu-ji＇s ＂Three framework equal division＂,put forward that＂the Wind and Cold was originally the same,YING and WEI could be divided into deep and shallow＂,had its unique.And,according to the different deep and shallow of Ying and Wei,to clarify the principle of the preparation of prescriptions,enriched the content of the theory of Chinese medicine prescription,but also had a wealth of clinical foundation for future generations to careful study.
