摘要
介绍了一种可自动泄压吹扫的清管器。该清管器在清管过程中,其前端阀瓣可自动启闭,起到吹扫清管器前端污物和防止管道被超压破坏的作用,解决了由于管道内污物不断堆积致使清管器在管道内行进过程中卡阻的难题。
An automatic pressure relieving and purging pig is introduced.During pigging,front end disc of the pig can be automatically closed,which plays a role in purging front end contaminants of pig and preventing overpressure of the pipeline.The function solves jamming of the pig due to contaminants piled up during the pigs journey.
