摘要
目的:观察红花水提物对血管内皮细胞的保护作用,探求其抗氧化的机制。方法:利用大鼠原代心肌微血管内皮细胞(rCMEC)的培养进行试验,并对获得的数据进行方差分析(ANOVA)及多组间比较等。结果:提示呈现红花水提物具有提高抗氧化酶活性、减少氧化产物生成及减轻ox-LDL损伤作用的趋势。结论:通过红花水提物预处理,可以减轻ox-LDL对内皮细胞的氧化损伤。
Objective By ox-LDL induced cardiac microvascular endothelial cell injury model,to observe the aqueous extract of safflower on the role of vascular endothelial cells,and explore its anti-oxidative mechanism.Methods Primary rat cardiac microvascular endothelial cells(rCMEC) to test the training,and the data obtained were analyzed by ANOVA and multiple group comparison.Results The aqueous extract of safflower suggests presented with increased antioxidant enzyme activity and reduction of oxidation product formation and to reduce the role of ox-LDL injury trends,compared with the control model,the difference was significant.Conclusion Pretreatment of aqueous extract of safflower,ox-LDL can reduce oxidative damage to endothelial cells.
