摘要
目的:观察颈性心绞痛家兔模型肌组织内α-肌动蛋白变化。方法:选用大耳白兔,采用低头干预并注射瘀血,建立颈性心绞痛动物模型,运用免疫组化法观察α-肌动蛋白变化。结果:对照组可见阳性胞浆染色均一,呈淡棕黄色或深棕黄色,肌纤维平直,横纹可见。模型组大部分肌纤维呈波浪状。胞浆染色不均一,有淡染、缺染现象。结论:颈性心绞痛颈肌细胞发生了早期退变。
Objective To observe the he change of α-actin in the muscle tissue of rabbit model with Cervical coronary heart disease.Methods Establishing the animal Model with Cervical Coronary Heart Disease by the injection of blood stagnation,observe α-actin by immunohistochemisty.Results In the control group,the dyeing of masccline endochylema is uniform with the color of light or deep buffy while the muscle fibers is straight and the transverse striation is visible.Meanwhile,most muscle fibers is in wave and the dyeing of endochylema is the same,occasionally,there is light or incomplete dyeing.Conclusion There is prophase degeneration in the cervical muscle cell in the rabbit model with cervical coronary heart disease.
