摘要
研究了不同浓度的过氧化氢浸种对茎瘤芥种子发芽率、发芽指数、发芽率高峰值、活力指数、过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶活性的影响和过氧化氢浸种对种子电解质外渗率的影响,结果表明,0.1%过氧化氢处理的种子,其发芽率、发芽指数、发芽率高峰值以及活力指数均最高;0.01%过氧化氢处理的种子,其多酚氧化酶活性最高;0.1%过氧化氢处理的种子,其过氧化物酶活性最高;0.01%以上浓度过氧化氢可明显提高种子的电解质外渗率,表明过氧化氢可以腐蚀和软化种皮,增加种皮的通透性。
Effect of seed germination rate,index of germination rate,peak value of seed germination rate,vigor index,activity of peroxidase and polyphenoloxidase of tumorous stem mustard seed soaked in H2O2 was studied.The results showed that germination rate,index of germination,peak value of germination rate,vigor index and peroxidase activity reached the highest value by the treatment of 0.1% H2O2.The polyphenoloxidase activity reached the highest value by the treatment of 0.01% H2O2.The concentration of above 0.01% H2O2 could increase the seed solute leakage rate.It means that H2O2 could canker and intenerate seed coat,and increase its permeability.
