依那普利以及吲哒帕胺在治疗高血压中的应用

Enalapril and indapamide in the treatment of hypertension therapy

目的:分析吲哒帕胺和依那普利治疗高血压的应用方法。方法:高血压患者124例,随机分采用吲哒帕胺、依那普利及两者联合应用治疗组,并评析其效果。结果:联合用药组降压作用更明显。依那普利组咳嗽较多,吲哒帕胺组血钾降低最明显。结论:联合应用组治疗高血压疗效好。

Objective To analyze the indapamide and enalapril treatment of hypertension in the application method.Methods 124 cases of hypertension were randomly divided by indapamide,enalapril and their combination treatment group,and assessment of its effectiveness.Results The antihypertensive effect of the combination group more clearly.Enalapril cough more,indapamide group of potassium decreased the most obvious.Conclusion The combination of a good group of treatment of hypertension.
