蝶骨电极脑电图对不同类型癫痫的诊断价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨蝶骨电极脑电图对不同类型的癫痫的诊断及定位价值。方法:对278例癫痫患者行常规电极及蝶骨电极脑电图检查,对比不同部位电极脑电图对全面性癫痫、部分性癫痫;颞叶内侧癫痫及非颞叶内侧癫痫的诊出率,评估蝶骨电极的对癫痫的定位诊断价值。结果:常规电极联合蝶骨电极脑电图对颞叶内侧癫痫检出率高于单用蝶骨电极及常规电极,常规电极联合蝶骨电极脑电图对非颞叶内侧癫痫的痫性放电检出率同常规电极脑电图无显著差异;对部分性癫痫联合电极脑电图检出率高于常规电极脑电图,全面性癫痫联合电极脑电图检出率同常规电极脑电图无差异。结论:蝶骨电极脑电图对颞叶内侧癫痫痫性放电检出具有诊断优势,联合常规电极能够提高颞叶内侧癫痫的检出率。 Objective To investigate the value of sphenoidal electrode electroencephalogram to dignosis and localization on distinguished type epilepsy.Methods 276 cases of patients with epilepsy were checked with sphenoidal electrode electroencephalogram and common electrode electroencephalogram,and observe the detection rate on partial epilepsy and generalized epilepsy,medial temporal lobe epilepsy and no-medial temporal lobe epilepsy with different electrode electroencephalogram,and evaluate the value of sphenoidal electrode electroencephalogram on epilepsy localization.Results In comparison with sphenoidal electrode electroencephalogram and common electrode electroencephalogram,the the detection rate on medial temporal lobe epilepsy was higher with sphenoidal electrode electroencephalogram combined common electrode electroencephalogram,and the the detection rate was indiscriminate on no-medial temporal lobe epilepsy.In comparison with common electrode electroencephalogram,the the detection rate on partial epilepsy was higher with sphenoidal electrode electroencephalogram combined common electrode electroencephalogram,the the detection rate on partial epilepsy was indiscriminate on generalized epilepsy.Conclusion Sphenoidal electrode electroencephalogram was prevalent to detect medial temporal lobe epileptic discharge,sphenoidal electrode electroencephalogram combined common electrode electroencephalogram could increase detection rate on medial temporal lobe epilepsy.
