摘要 运用模糊逻辑理论,研究了城市居民出行需求合理性的评价方法.根据城市居民出行需求的时间分布特性和空间分布特性,选用高峰小时出行系数和高峰小时路网饱和度作为评价指标,并给出指标计算公式.以模糊逻辑理论和指标特性为基础,利用MATLAB中的模糊逻辑工具箱得到隶属度函数图形,并对指标值的评价结果进行了分析.文中提出的方法对扬州居民出行需求合理性进行评价,表明了该方法的有效性和实用性. This paper studies the method of rationality evaluation of trip demand for urban citizens by using fuzzy logic theory.According to trip-demand time and space distribution characteristics of urban citizens,the peak-hour trip factor and saturation of road network were chosen as the evaluation indexes,meanwhile the index calculation formulas were given;then on the basis of fuzzy logic theory and index characteristics,the membership functions were established by using fuzzy logic toolbox of MATLAB,and the evaluation results of two indexes were analyzed;Finally,the evaluation process was illustrated by a case study of Yangzhou and the results indicated the validity and practicability of the method presented in this paper.
