摘要
用现代化信息手段解决风险管理的定性、定量分析计算问题是当前研究的一个重要方向.包括人为因素在内的管理缺陷和组织失效是危险源的重要组成部分,已经逐渐得到公认,但是其辨识和描述的标准还有待商榷.文中着眼于解决上述问题,在引入了人工智能和计算机理论中图论的相关概念后,提出了民用机场的风险识别模型,并就该模型的技术细节进行了阐述,给出具体的存储结构以及辨识算法,并在该模型的基础上提出了风险量化的解决思路,最后就停机坪风险识别与分析,进行了实例验证.
The modern information technology shows us a good way to resolve the problem of risk management.However,the description and expression about human factors,management oversight and organization failure are not still unified in its research field.To resolve those problems,this thesis brought forward a risk analysis model based on Artificial Intelligence technology and the graphs theory.The design of a graph data structure,the memory structure and the identification algorithm are proposed in the paper.In order to prove the feasibility of the method,an actual example is given out,which describes the implementation of the progressing of Airport Apron risk identification.
