摘要
应用弹性力学理论和ANSYS有限元法求解螺旋桨轴和衬套过盈联接的接触应力,分别得到轴和衬套的应力分布状况.研究表明:衬套的综合应力远大于螺旋桨轴的综合应力;轴和衬套的综合应力随着衬套外径的增加而增大;有限元法考虑了轴和衬套两端的边缘效应,其求解的应力值略大于弹性力学理论方法计算结果,更接近实际情况.
Elastic theory and ANSYS finite element method are used to solve the contact stress of propeller shaft and bushing linking tight,stress distribution of shaft and bushing linking tight are obtained respectively.Studies have shown that comprehensive stress in bushing is much larger than that in propeller shaft;Comprehensive stress in shaft and bushing will also be greater in the place where outer radius of bushing is larger.Finite element method takes into account edge effects of shaft and bushing.The solution of the stress value is slightly larger than the calculation result of elasticity theory,which is closer to the actual situation.
