现代物流被越来越普遍的认为是企业在降低物资消耗、提高劳动生产率之后的第三利润来源,二次物流配送系统是石油零售企业实现这一利润的重要途径。文章对二次物流配送系统的系统功能结构、系统框架结构和业务流程的设计进行了研究。

While Modem Logistics service is gradually considered as the third profit source after reducing material consumption and raising labor productivity, the secondary logistic distribution system is the important way to achieve the profits for the oil retail business. This paper researches the design of system function structure, system frame structure and operation flow in the secondary logistic distribution systerm.
