摘要 合理、公平地进行网损费用的计算和分摊是电力市场模式的重要特征,然而网损分摊方法虽然很多,但没有一种通用的、能得到公认的最好的方法.文中首先介绍了平均网损分摊法、边际网损系数法、潮流跟踪3种常用网损分摊方法的原理和算法,并以IEEE14节点系统为算例对各种算法进行了说明和验证.最后从市场的公平性和获取数据的难易程度出发,针对输电网和配电网、输电网中的区域间和区域内、交易模式等总结出与之相适应的网损分摊方法. Calculating and allocating the network losses reasonably and fairly is an important characteristic of power market mode.Although there are lots of methods for network losses allocation,an all-purpose and generally admitted method hasn't emerged.Thus,the principle of algorithm of the average network loss allocation method,the marginal network loss coefficient method and power flow tracing method are described firstly.Then,taking the IEEE14-bus system for example,the above-mentioned methods are explained and verified respectively.Finally,in terms of market fairness and difficulty of getting data,a corresponding network losses allocation method is summarized on account of power transmission and distribution networks,interregional and intraregional areas of transmission network,and trade pattern.
