行星齿轮传动系统动力学研究进展 被引量:18

Research advances for dynamics of planetary gear trains

摘要 详细评述了国内外学者对行星齿轮传动系统在动力学模型、动态响应、动载荷和均载、固有特性等方面的研究状况,介绍了2种集中参数模型用不同方法求解系统动态响应的结果,动载荷和均载的理论与试验研究,固有特性的规律及系统参数对固有特性等方面的研究成果.最后,根据行星齿轮传动系统研究的发展趋势,提出了需要进一步研究的几个问题:含摩擦力的行星齿轮动力学特性研究,复合行星齿轮动力学特性研究和齿轮系统的振动控制研究. This paper reviews the research situation of domestic and foreign scholars on the aspects of planetary gear trains dynamic model,dynamic response,dynamic load and load sharing,inherent characteristics and dynamic stability.Research findings about two lumped parameter models,solving results of dynamic response by different methods.Theory and experimental investigations of dynamic load and load sharing,laws of inherent characteristics and influence of system parameters on inherent characteristics and dynamic stability are introduced.Finally,according to the development trend of planetary gear trains,several issues for future study are put forward as follows:dynamic characteristics of planetary gear with force of friction and compound planetary gear,vibration control of planetary gear trains.
