皂荚提取物对肝癌细胞小鼠Smad4及Smad7基因调控的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的:研究皂荚提取物对小鼠肝癌细胞Smad4、Smad7基因调控的影响。方法:造模采用小鼠右腋皮下接种肝癌H22细胞悬液的方法。实验分为阴性对照组、皂荚提取物3个浓度组(26.0mg/d、13.0mg/d、7.8mg/d)和阳性对照组。每组10只小鼠。通过实时荧光定量PCR的方法检测肝组织Smad4、Mmad7基因的表达。结果:Smad4、Smad7基因表达:阳性对照组和皂荚提取物高剂量组与阴性对照组比较、皂荚提取物中剂量组和皂荚提取物低剂量组与阳性对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:皂荚提取物能增强Smad4基因的表达和下调Smad7基因的表达。 Objective:To study the effect of gleditsia ectract on liver cancer cell Smad4,Smad7 gene expression.Methods:Modeling using the right mouse inoculated subcutaneously with tumor cell suspension method.Fifty mice were divided into fire groups: negative control group;gleditsia extract 3 concentrations (26.0mg/d,13.0mg/d,7.8mg/d)group;positive control group,10 mice in each group.Smad4 and Smad7 were detected gene expression by RT-PCR. Results: Smad4 and Smad7 expression:positive control group and gleditsia extract high-dose group and negative control group;gleditsia extracts dose group and gleditsia extract low-dose group and positive control group had statisticall significant.Conclusion:The gleditsia extract can enhance Smad4 gene expression and reduce Smad7 gene expression.
