间充质干细胞在急性辐射损伤治疗中的作用综述 被引量:3

摘要 目前对于急性放射病的治疗,细胞因子治疗仍是一种主要的手段。造血干细胞移植配型比较困难,严重的移植抗宿主病(Graft versus host disease,GVHD)迫使人们寻找新的行之有效的方法。间充质干细胞(Mesenchymal stem cells,MSC)具有分泌造血生长因子、重建造血微环境、低免疫原性、易于外源基因转染和表达等优点,将其应用于急性辐射损伤的临床治疗具有十分广阔的前景。本文就MSC的生物学特性以及其在辐射损伤中的作用研究进行综述。 At present, Cytokine therapy is the main strategy capable of preventing and reducing the acute radia- tion syndrome (ARS). With the problem of difficult match and severe graft versus host disease, haemopoietic stem cells can be used to find some effective approaches to treat acute radiation damage. Mesenchymal stem cells are of great therapeutic potential due to their particular characteristics including secretion of hematopoietic cytokine, recon- struction hemopoietic microenvironment, poor-immunogenicity, ease of reception ectogenic gene transfection and expression. This paper is to summarize the studies of biological characteristics of MSC and its application prospects in urgent radiation damage.
