压力容器广泛使用在石油化工、炼油、化肥、制药、轻工及原子能等行业中。在压力容器中,法兰是必不可少的重要联接部件,是用得最广泛的受压元件之一。压力容器法兰,由于其结构的特殊性,我们在法兰设计中往往会遇到一些问题。就压力容器法兰设计中常见的问题作一探讨,并给出一些建议和解决的方法,供设计参考。
Pressure vessels are widely used in petrochemical,oil refining,fertilizer,pharmaceuticals industry,light industry,nuclear power etc.Flanges are the indispensable connecting parts in pressure vessel,and one of the most extensively applied pressurized components.Because of the unique structure of pressure vessel flange,problems often occur during design of flange.This article discusses the common problems in design of pressure vessel flange,and put forward solvent method and proposals for reference.
