添加填充金属的不锈钢焊管制造过程及性能控制

摘要 介绍了自熔焊接不锈钢焊管焊缝和添加填充金属不锈钢焊管焊缝的化学成分和性能,以及焊缝金属铁素体含量的测定和控制。指出不锈钢焊管焊缝是否添加填充金属和微观组织的差异决定了两类不锈钢焊管制造过程和使用性能都有所不同。不添加填充金属的奥氏体和双相不锈钢焊管都必须或应尽可能在热处理状态供货,添加填充金属的奥氏体和双相不锈钢焊管往往要求控制铁素体含量。 This article introduced weld chemical composition and property of self-fusion welding stainless steel welded pipe and with addition of filler metal welding stainless steel welded pipe,as well as determination and control ferrite content in weld.It pointed the difference of stainless steel welded pipe weld composition and microstructure whether or not adding filler metal decides two kinds of stainless steel welded pipe manufacturing process and performance are different.Austenitic without filler metal and duplex stainless steel welded pipe have to be or should supply as much as possible in heat treatment and austenitic with filler metal and duplex stainless steel welded pipe are often required to control ferrite content.
