摘要
通过对HFW焊管生产线乳化液回收泵站的现场情况分析,指出了乳化液回收泵站存在的问题,并提出了改进方案。改进后的乳化液回收泵站,降低了由于乳化液系统问题对生产造成的影响,并给焊管工序后的检验、内毛刺清理及外观检查腾出了场地,消除了安全隐患,节约了水资源。
Through analysis on site situations of emulsion recycling pump station for HFW production line,it pointed out existed problems and put forward alteration measures.The improved emulsion recycling pump station can eliminate effect on production caused by emulsion problems,vacate field for inspecting steel pipe and removing inner burr.This will eliminate security risks and save water sources.
