摘要
针对焊管机组液压传动中的油液泄露问题,从密封面防漏、密封件选用、液压油油温及清洁度的控制等方面提出了防治措施。同时指出,日常的定期检查、定期维护、及时处理是防止焊管机组液压系统泄漏及减少故障的基本保障。
Aiming at leaking oil problem during welded pipe units hydraulic driving,it put forward precautions from several aspects,such as leak-proof sealing surface,seal components selection,control hydraulic oil temperature and cleanliness.At the same time,it pointed out that periodical inspection,regular maintenance and timely disposal are the basic protective measures to prevent hydraulic system leaking and reduce faults.
