摘要
分析了大直径焊管倒棱过程中铁屑过长的原因,对平头倒棱机仿形辊进行了改进,并论述了其改进原理。仿形辊改进后的平头倒棱机在实际生产过程中,配合加工参数的调整,成功实现了断屑,降低了生产时的安全隐患。
The reason and improved theory of long chip breaking during spiral welded pipe chamfering process was analyzed,the profile roll of bevel machine was improved.The improved profile roll of bevel machine was applied to production,with adjustment of process parameters,it successfully realized chip breaking and reduced security risks during production.
