摘要
对变异黄芪中分离得到的内生真菌FEL1A菌株进行了固体优化培养条件的探索,在不同温度、碳源、氮源,初始pH条件下,检测FEL1A的生长情况。结果表明,FEL1A生长的最适温度为20℃,初始pH为7.0;以燕麦片作为碳源时FEL1A生长最快,培养20 d后菌落大小为13.32 mm±0.77 mm;蛋白胨作为氮源时FEL1A生长最快,培养20 d后菌落增至18.14 mm±0.64 mm。
To mass produce SW by endophyte selected from Astragalus variabilis named FEL1A.The study explored promoting endophyte's culture conditions,those are temperature,carbon source,nitrogen source and initial pH.The results showed that the best growth conditions in the test were temperature for 20 ℃ and the initial pH for 7.0.Oatmeal as carbon source of mycelia growth was the fastest among different carbon sources in culture medium,coming to 13.32 mm±0.77 mm length of mycelia after 20 days.Peptone as nitrogen source achieved the fastest growth,achieving 18.14 mm±0.64 mm after 20 days.
