摘要
利用电渣熔铸的方法制备WC/Cr12MoV复合材料。为了比较WC/Cr12MoV与Cr12MoV的力学性能,使两种材料经历相同的热处理工艺。试验表明,由于硬质颗粒的加入,复合材料的硬度与耐磨性能得到提高,但是其抗冲击性能小于Cr12MoV。WC/Cr12MoV作为一种新的复合材料,可以应用于硬度及耐磨性能要求较高的场合。
In order to enhance the wear resistance of material, WC/Cr12MoV composite was developed based on electro slag casting. For comparing their mechanical properties Cr12MoV and WC/Cr12MoV composite were tested under the same heat treatment procedures. It was shown that the hardness and the wear resistance of WC/Cr12MoV composite were enhanced, but its impact toughness reduced. As a new composite, WC/Cr12MoV can be used if the high hardness and the high wear resistance are demand.
