摘要
使用ANSYS等有限元分析软件,根据现场工作状态及环境影响,通过施加适当的初始条件和边界条件,计算连铸用滑板在预热过程中的稳态温度场及浇钢过程中的瞬态温度场。得到滑板上每一点在不同阶段随时间变化的温度值,为分析滑板在预热及浇钢过程中热应力场提供载荷数据。
Using ANSYS finite element analysis software, according to the working condition and environmental influences, the static temperature field in the process of preheating and the transient temperature field when pouring in the sliding plate of continuous casting machine were calculated, by the imposition of appropriate initial conditions and boundary conditions. The relationship of time- varying temperature on each node of the sliding plate, in different stages, was obtained. The loads data for analyzing the thermal stress on the sliding plate during the preheating and continuous casting processes are available.
