摘要
介绍了在有多路换向阀体三维数模的前提下,利用Pro/E抽取芯子三维模型的3种方法,并指出采用收缩包络的方式抽取芯子更便捷,适应性也更强。此外,通过合并阀体零件的模式,采用适当的抽取芯子的方法,利用软件的参数化设计特点,开展零件与模具的并行设计,势必缩短产品的研发周期。
This article describes three methods of sand core extraction, based on the Pro/ ENGINEER developed existing multi-channel valve body three-dimensional model. It is noted that the way of sand core extraction using Shrinkwrap is more convenient and also more adaptable. In addition, through the model of merging valve part body, using the appropriate method of sand core extraction, making full use of parametric design features of the software, one can carry out the part and mold design at the same time which is bound to shorten the product development cycle.
