This paper introduces and analyzes the structure feature and operational principle of mobile die casting mold and it＇s advantages for small amount or trial productions. So the mobile die casting mold is suitable for simple and precise casting process of low investment, short production cycle and fast effect. The castings have the same characteristics as those produced by the horizontal die casting, but its manufacturing cost is equivalent with the metal mold process. So that the mobile casting die is a good selection in the small and medium sized enterprises.
