摘要
快速模具技术由于生产成本低、开发周期短而在工业生产中获得了广泛的应用。介绍了快速原型技术和快速模具技术的发展状况,分析了硅胶模的制作工艺流程和技术特点;综述了硅胶模真空铸型在多方面的应用,展望了硅胶模的应用发展趋势。
Rapid tooling is widely used in industrial production because of its low production cost and short development period. The development status of rapid prototyping and rapid tooling are introduced. The manufacturing flow and technical features of silicone mould are analyzed. Its applications on vacuum casting are summarized. The development trends of silicone mould are prospected.
