摘要
气门座是发动机的一个重要零件,其工况条件比较恶劣。气门座毛坯铸造过程中疏松问题一直困扰着产品成品率的提高与气门座使用寿命,对影响气门座铸造质量的因素进行了详细的分析,采用有针对性的措施,使气门座铸件疏松大幅度下降,产品合格率稳定在90%左右。
Valve seat is an important part of an engine and it exposes in relatively severe working conditions.Porosity is a problem that always hinders valve service life and production yield rate.An investigation and analysis of all possible impacts on casting quality was conducted to find a solution to the issue.A proper countermeasure has been developed based on the analysis,with which casting porosity has been drastically reduced and yield rate of qualified product has been maintained at around 90%.
